>> North Korea floating the possibility it's developing a new rocket that could potentially reach anywhere in the United States. Photos released late Wednesday by Pyongyang state media including one showing North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un next to a diagram of what appears to be a three stage rocket, one that some experts think could reach as far as Washington or New York.
The rocket identified in the photo was a Hwasong 13, could be more powerful than the two stage Hwasong 14 intercontinental missile tested by the regime in July. Officials have said that missile could have a range of about 6,000 miles putting parts of the western US in danger. The missile schematics unveiled days after the US imposed a new round of sanctions and after President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson both suggested North Korea was showing signs of restraint in response to a tougher US tone.
Experts say there's no sign North Korea has actually developed the new rocket but the pictures were issued with a report of Kim ordering the production of more missiles.
