>> Dutch police have arrested a second suspect in connection with a possible attack plot on a concert. A tip off from Spain led to the cancellation on Wednesday of a Rotterdam gig by California band the Allah-Las just before the doors were due to open. Police detained a Spanish driver who was found near the concert venue with gas canisters in his van.
But he turned out to be a mechanic stopped for drunk driving with no apparent connection to the threat. He is still being questioned.>> The van stood out because it drove up and down a few times with a Spanish license plate and that was the reason why the police pulled it over
>> Police arrested the second man, a 22 year old during raids Thursday morning in the Southern Province of Bradburndt. Sources have told Reuters there's no link to vehicle attacks that killed 15 people in Spain last week. Police there also uncovered a plot to make a powerful bomb out of gas canisters.
Dutch Counter Terrorism has not raised the threat level from substantial.
