> The mangled wreckage of a train that derailed in Northern India early Wednesday morning, injuring more than 70 people. Some in critical condition. Rescuers have rushed victims to local hospitals. Officials say the train hit a dump truck which had overturned on the tracks in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

It's the state's second train accident in less than a week. 23 people were killed and more than a hundred wounded when a train jumped the tracks over the weekend. India's rail network is the fourth largest in the world. But overcrowding and aging infrastructure also make it one of the most dangerous.
