The entire rest of the world the next day redoubled their commitments to the Paris Agreement. And in the US, the governors of our largest states and hundreds of mayors, thousands of business leaders all stood up to fill the gap and said we're still in the Paris Agreement. Yes, I do think that the reaction To Donald Trump is actually driving much more momentum in climate movement.
It is right to save humanity. It is wrong to pollute this Earth. It is right to give hope to the future generation. But I do point out that there is a crisis in democracy, especially in the US. Because big money has hacked American democracy before Putin did. And the influence of special interests and lobbies is toxic and really at unhealthy levels.
