>> Scores are thought to be dead or wounded in Kenya when weeks of rainfall led to a dam bursting. It happened in the town of Solai about 120 miles north of capital Nairobi. Authorities say it's created huge distraction and rescue workers say at least 21 people were killed.
Another 39 have been rescued from the waters. East Africa has been experiencing heavy rain for the past two months. And Kenya's government says that before today, conditions had already led to 132 deaths and the displacement of over 200,000 people in that country alone.
