>> A federal judge, on Friday, postponed a ruling on a request by President Trump and his lawyer, Michael Cohen, to delay the civil suit brought against them by porn star Stormy Daniels. The LA district judge said he needed more time to review Trump and Cohen's request to put Daniel's case on hold.

Lawyers are arguing Daniels lawsuit could hurt Cohen in a criminal investigation in New York. Reuters correspondent, Jan Wolfe.>> He doesn't wanna answer questions in a civil lawsuit brought by Stormy Daniels, because he's concerned that he might answer questions that could mount evidence against him in a criminal investigation.
00:00:37
So he's hoping to delay the civil case for at least 90 days and could end up being longer, so that he doesn't have to be deposed in that case.>> Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, is suing Cohen along with the President, in connection with a non-disclosure agreement that includes $130,000 Cohen paid her, to keep quiet about an alleged sexual affair she had with a married Trump.
00:01:04
Meanwhile, Cohen is under criminal investigation in New York, where FBI agents, last week, seized the files from him, which could be connected to the Stormy Daniels payments.>> Well, it's clear to me that Michael Cohen and the President do not want to publicly state what I have been stating for some time and which I think is obvious to everyone and is obvious to the court.
00:01:25
And that is, that it is Michael Cohen's intention to take the Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination when asked questions about this agreement, the negotiation, and the cover-up. And that fact alone should be very disturbing to the American people.>> Trump denies the affair occurred and said he didn't know about the pay-off.
