Trump making the talks known at the start of the second summit with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.

And they were at this meeting wearing matching ties. But it's not clear that there is actually the same level of want that there have been in previous meetings. I think what Abe is concerned about is that Trump might seek to do a deal with North Korea To do away with intercontinental ballistic missiles and not take sufficient account of the medium range and intermediate range missiles that are capable of hitting Japan.
