COMING UP:Share Opener Variant 2

>> The lunch hour turned deadly in Toronto Monday when a driver in a white van plowed into pedestrians on a busy sidewalk. At least 10 people are dead, 15 injured.>> We have one person in custody, and the investigation is ongoing.>> Police have identify the suspect as 25-year-old Alek Minassian.
At least one witness described the driver appearing to deliberately target victims on a rampage that went on for a mile. Reuters Correspondent Anna Mehler Paperny is on the scene.>> There was more than a dozen police cars and including a paramedic
] clustered at the corner of Young and Finch.
And there were more police cars dotting a 15-block length that the van drove on an apparent rampage. This one man was very distraught. He said he's lived in Toronto his entire life and he can't unsee the final moments of that van rampage.>> Another witness, Steve Cortezi, said he saw one man get hit.
>> It was just while he was in the middle of the intersection and the van just went right into him, plowed right into him. And then apparently he drove down further and he went onto the sidewalk by the next building, and he hit more people there and just kept going.
>> The incident comes as a group of seven foreign ministers from US, Canada, Britain and others were meeting on the city's downtown area about 18 miles away.
