morial Day weekend bringing punishing weather to parts of the central United States. Major flooding blamed for the deaths of at least four people in Texas. Officials declaring a state of emergency in one county outside Austin. Other counties ordering mandatory evacuations. And in Kansas, rescuers were looking for an 11 year old boy swept away in flood waters near Wichita bringing in a cadaver dog to help with the search effort.
South Carolina also suffering from heavy rains as tropical storm Bonnie downgraded to a tropical depression touched down on Sunday bringing gusting winds and some flooding. The National Weather service says that storm's expected to continue soaking the central Carolinas and move off shore after hitting North Carolina's outer banks.
