>> From the White House to this mansion in Washington, that's where President Obama and his family plan to move when he leaves office in January, according to media reports. The first family will lease the swanky 8,200 square foot home from Joe Lockhart, the White House press secretary during the Clinton administration.
Zillow states the house has 9 bedrooms, 8 1/2 bathrooms, and is valued at around $6 million. The move will put the Obamas in Kalorama, one of Washington's wealthiest zip codes and just two miles from their old stomping ground of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. The family plans to stay in the DC area at least until younger daughter Sasha, who is a sophomore, finishes high school.
