They've since been able to use it and his signature to sell merchandise. It's not thought to be a deal breaker though. Manchester United could buy a license for his name or just not put it on their merchandise. Speculation points to a contract with the club being signed this week with Mourinho's agent, Jorge Mendes hammering out the final details.
But the so called special one is likely to come with his own unique set of circumstances.
