e shooter that killed 58 country music concert goers in Las Vegas last year is dead. But the Arizona man who officials say sold him armor piercing bullets isn't, and now faces criminal charges. Douglas Haig became the first to be arrested in charge in connection with the October 1st massacre.

He was charged with conspiracy to manufacture and sell armor piercing ammunition without a license. Hours earlier, Haig and his lawyer, gave a press conference.>> I had no contribution to what Paddock did. I had no way to see into his mind. The product that I sold him had absolutely nothing to do with what he did.

He said that he was gonna go out to the desert and put on a light show either with or for his friends.>> Stephen Paddock ammased a large arsenal of rifles and bullets in his Las Vegas hotel room, and from there sprayed the concert goers.>> None of the ammunition that Doug sold to Mr. Paddock was used at all, in the tragedy that occurred in Las Vegas.
