>> African migrants in Israel have a choice of cash or custody. A choice they're not willing to make. We're not giving up, reads this writing on the ground. The state has started handing out notices to 20,000 male African migrants. Giving them two months to leave the country, or risk being thrown in jail.
> Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, calls them work infiltrators who aren’t refugees. He’s offering the migrants, mostly from Sudan and Eritrea, three and half thousand dollars and a plane ticket to a third country. But as Reuters Mian Label explains in Jerusalem, it's posing a moral dilemma for Jews.

So for the more liberal left-wing Jews in Israel, Israel has a special moral obligation to be sensitive towards others, even if they're not Jewish to show compassion towards anyone fleeing persecution or hardship.
Now, for the more right-wing part of society, Israel, the state for the Jews, should first and foremost look out for the Jews. These people
] prosecution they say, and Israel is not obliged to take them in.
The government is facing a growing liberal backlash to the plan including from Rabbis, and some Israelis are offering to shelter the migrants in their homes.
Rights groups advocating on behalf of them say many fled abuse and war, arguing deporting them to even a different country in Africa, would put them in danger. Uganda and Rwanda have been named as possible host countries. Emmanuel from Eritrea crossed into Israel in 2011 with his wife and baby son.
His second child was born in Israel. While for now, men and families are allowed to stay, he's worried he's next. Out of nearly 7,000 requests for asylum, Israel has granted refugee status to 11 migrants. In another kitchen across Tel Aviv, the City Stock broker is among hundreds of Israelis who signed up to host migrants.
