>> Tears of joy in Melbourne on Sunday, after Roger Federer won the 2018 Australian Open, his 20th Grand Slam title. The 36 years old wobbled at the times in the face of some fierce resistance from the Croatia's Marin Cilic, wIth momentum swinging back and forth and in withering heat.
The match went to a fifth deciding set, but Federer dominated the final points with the backing of a shamelessly pro Federer crowd. The Swiss maestro has won three Grand Slams in the past year after a five year drought. He's won more major tennis titles than any other man, and his win in Rod Laver arena gives him a record, equaling sixth Australian Open.
