Israel disputes this. The legal status seccesion was unanimously approved by Israel's cabinet, and is condemned by Palestinian officials. On the same day, Israeli authorities knocked down two EU-funded classrooms that were part of the school for Bedouins in the occupied West Bank. Israeli authorities say such demolitions carry out court rulings against unauthorized buildings by Palestinians.
