>> The man accused of killing two people, including Indianapolis Colts player Edwin Jackson in a drunk driving crash over the weekend, made his first court appearance on Tuesday. And officials say it's not the first run-in with the law for Manuel Orrego-Savala. Indiana State Police say he's an undocumented immigrant from Guatemala who has been deported twice.
The news prompting President Donald Trump to tweet about the incident, calling it disgraceful. Orrego-Savala was arrested Sunday morning, after allegedly trying to flee the crash. Court documents say he blew a 0.239 in the breathalyzer test, three times the legal limit. Investigators say Jackson and his Uber driver, Jeffrey Monroe, had pulled over on the shoulder of I-70, when they were struck by a pickup truck allegedly driven by Orrego-Savala.
Both men were pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect is due in court again on Wednesday morning.
