As members of congress, we have a moral responsibility to act now, to protect dreamers who are the pride of our nation. And are American in every way, but on paper. Our young people are our future, and these Dreamers are part of that.

At the age of two he came to the United States from Mexico with his mother. He grew up in northern California, where he ran cross country and track at High School.
