>> End gun violence!>> On the day thousands of students rallied for gun control. The sister of convicted church shooter Dylann Roof was arrested for carrying weapons at a South Carolina high school. That's according to authorities who say 18-year-old Morgan Roof was carrying a knife, pepper spray, and marijuana on school grounds.
But that's not all, the sister of the avowed white supremacist who killed nine people at a historic black church in 2015. Alarmed her peers and officials with a racially charged Snapchat post condemning the nationwide Walkout that read. I hope it's a trap and y'all get shot, we know it's fixing to be nothing but black people walking out anyway.
She was arrested soon after, held on a $5,000 bond, and ordered not to return to the school. The principal put out a statement saying the posting was not a threat but was extremely inappropriate. That student was dealt with in a swift and severe manner as the posting caused quite a disruption.
They said, in a separate incident, an unloaded weapon was recovered. Prompting Governor Henry McMaster's post on Twitter that read, potential tragedy was avoided
