>> A video confession by Austin bombing suspect Mark Conditt has revealed that the 23 year old Texan described himself as a psychopath. Texas Congressman Michael McCaul has confirmed the content of the video which Conditt filmed on his cell phone.>> He did refer to himself as a psychopath.

He did not show any remorse. In fact, questioning himself as to why he didn't feel remorse for what he did.>> Conditt died last week after detonating an explosive device as police ran towards his vehicle in an Austin suburb. Police had been searching for Conditt following the string of bombings that began on March 2nd.

Two people were killed and five others wounded. Investigators have yet to determine a motive though race is being examined as the first several victims were either African-American or Hispanic. Regardless of the motive McCall says he's glad that the worst appears to be over.>> I think hopefully this will bring some level of relief back to the community.

And some relief of anxiety that this nightmare has ended and it's time to move forward and heal.>> Three of the devices were left outside victims home, two others were shipped, and one detonated via a tripwire. Investigators say they still wanna know whether Conditt had help building or planting the bombs.
