However, officials said it was not a package bomb and appears to be unrelated to a series of blasts across Austin and San Antonio that have left two people dead.

They also described it as an incendiary device.>> Officers determined that a goodwill employee had found a box that someone had dropped out. It had two small devices that were artillery simulators that looks like some type of military ordinance or some type of memento. The employee handled one of those devices at which time it initiated and the employee sustained an injury.
