And Turnbull announcing a change to Code of Conduct to ban sex between ministers and staff. Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce is a married Catholic who campaigned on family values. He's now expecting a child with his former press secretary. Joyce says, he didn't break any rules as she wasn't his partner when they worked together.

It comes after a week of scandal, that's thrown Turnbull's government into turmoil and strained alliances between his liberal and Joyce's national parties. He stopped short of sacking Joyce, which would have risked the government's narrow one-seat majority. But Turnbull said Joyce will have to consider his own position himself.
