the tables have turned in the fight between apple in the FBI after apple refused a court order to help the government pack the iPhone belonging to one of the San Bernardino shooters , the FBI found another way to crack and now apple want the government to tell it how it was done , it might be the FBI turn to refuse , I despair party even though we don't know who it is on their technique might be proprietary in nature on they might be able to make an argument that because of what they do is valuable to their business model they'll need to solicit apple or anyone else if the FBI doesn't willingly disclose its secret method apple still might have a chance to get it , the justice department and asked a New York court to force apple to unlock an iPhone related to a drug investigation , the government continues to pursue that case , apple could potentially use legal discovery to force the FBI to reveal the technique news
